Tour & Enrollment Policy

Because our program operates Monday–Saturday, we maintain a strict tour and enrollment policy to protect the privacy, safety, and routine of the children in our care.

Tours are never conducted during scheduled care hours.

 

Steps for Tour & Enrollment
 

1. Review the Parent Handbook

All families must read our Parent Handbook in its entirety prior to scheduling a tour.

 

 

 

​2. Preview our Tour Videos Below

We have pre-recorded tour videos available for interested families - Families are also encouraged to check out our social media pages as well to get a feel for our program and ensure compatibility

3. Submit the Tour & Enrollment Interest Form

The form must be completed fully so we can better understand your family’s needs. This form can be found below.
 

4. Phone or Video Interview

An in depth call allows us to determine initial alignment and answer preliminary questions.
 

5. In-Person Tour (By Appointment Only)

Tours are scheduled outside of care hours once the previous steps have been completed. This is a meeting where we will meet your child and ensure program compatibility.
 

6. Enrollment Invitation (If Approved)
After completing all steps above, if we determine the family is a good fit and space is available, an enrollment invitation will be sent through Brightwheel. All required enrollment forms and registration fee must be completed there to secure placement.

 

Important Notice

We are a private residential preschool program, not a commercial childcare center.
 

For the safety and privacy of the children and families enrolled, unscheduled visits, walk-ins, or drop-in tour requests are not permitted.
 

We appreciate families who respect our structured enrollment process and the peaceful learning environment we work hard to protect.
