​Meet Our Social Media Managers

We are so excited to introduce Lara, a beloved member of our Wildwood family and community!

 

Lara has been part of our lives since 2019, and over the years she has become so much more than a friend. As homeschooling mothers raising children in similar seasons of life, we spent countless days learning, exploring, celebrating milestones, and navigating motherhood together. Through those years, we formed a sister-like bond, and our children grew up alongside one another, developing a closeness that feels very much like family. 

 

Originally from Vicenza, Italy, Lara now calls the beautiful PNW home and is a homeschooling mother of two spirited daughters, an experienced educator, homesteader, and former Waldorf preschool owner. She founded and operated Libellula Blu Preschool, where she created a beautiful child-centered learning environment inspired by Waldorf education and a deep respect for childhood.

 

Over the years, Lara has been a source of friendship, encouragement, wisdom, and inspiration. She has taught me so much—not only as a mother and educator, but as a person. Her passion for homeschooling, nature-based learning, intentional living, and preserving the magic of childhood aligns beautifully with the heart of Wildwood.

 

Today, Lara shares her days caring for her family, tending to her homestead, pursuing creative projects, and helping support the Wildwood Park Discovery School community. We are thrilled to have her helping manage our social media presence and sharing her unique perspective on family life, education, creativity, and homesteading.
